Looking for the perfect dessert for your holiday party? Look no further! These fudge brownies are topped with a white chocolate drizzle and crushed candy canes to make the perfect holiday dessert!


Ingredients

1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled

4 tbsp. milk

1/4 cup canola oil

3 eggs
-
1 tsp. vanilla
-
pinch of salt

1 & 1/2 cups white sugar
-
1/2 cup icing sugar, sifted
-
1 tsp. black cocoa powder or espresso powder (optional)
-
2/3 cup Hershey's Special Dark cocoa powder
-
1 cup flour, spooned and leveled
-
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
-
1/4 cup crushed candy canes
-
1/3 cup white chocolate, chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine all of the wet ingredients including the eggs in a large mixing bowl.

Mix in the salt, white sugar and icing sugar until fully combined.

Carefully fold in the cocoa powder and flour until just combined.

Add in the chocolate chips, and mix.

Using a 8x8 or 9x9 pan, spray with cooking spray and add two pieces of parchment paper in alternating directions.

Using a spatula, spread brownie mix into an 8x8 or 9x9 greased brownie pan.

Bake brownies for 35 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.

Remove from oven, and cool for at least 40 minutes before cutting.

After chopping the white chocolate, place the pieces in a bowl and microwave for 10 seconds, stirring the chocolate before putting back in the microwave. Continue until the chocolate is melted.

Using a spoon, drizzle the melted white chocolate over the cut brownies.

Top each brownie by sprinkling crushed candy canes over the white chocolate drizzle.
