Ingredients
Fudge Brownie Mix

1 & 1/2 cups white sugar

1 cup flour, spooned and leveled

pinch of salt
-
1 tsp. black cocoa powder or espresso powder (optional)

2/3 cup Hershey's Special Dark cocoa powder
-
1/2 cup icing sugar, sifted
-
1 cup semi- sweet chocolate chips
Preparing the Brownies

3 eggs
-
4 tbsp. milk
-
1/4 cup canola oil
-
1/4 cup melted butter, cooled
-
1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
Making the Brownie Mix

Using a funnel when necessary, layer all of the fudge brownie mix ingredients into a large mason jar, with the chocolate chips topping the jar.

Ensure you include making and baking directions (listed below).
Making the Brownies

Pour contents of the jar into a mixing bowl.

Mix in all of the additional wet ingredients, stirring until fully combined.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Using a spatula, spread brownie mix into an 8x8 or 9x9 greased brownie pan.

Bake brownies for 35 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.

Let cool for 40 minutes before cutting and serving.
