Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup white sugar

1 egg
-
2 tsp. vanilla
-
1 tsp. baking soda
-
pinch of salt
-
2 tbsp. cornstarch
-
1 cup flour
-
3/4 cup mini m&m's
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Cream together the butter and peanut butter until smooth.

Add both sugars and combine until fully incorporated.

Add the egg and vanilla and mix before adding the dry ingredients. Combine just until all dry ingredients are fully incorporated.

Fold in roughly a half-cup of mini m&m's into the batter.

Spray a brownie pan with cookie spray and/or add parchment paper.

Spread batter into pan, and sprinkle remaining m&m's on top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let set for 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
