Ingredients
Fudge Brownie Layer

8oz semi sweet baking chocolate (or 1 cup of chocolate chips)

1/2 cup butter

1 cup white sugar
-
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

3 eggs
-
1/4 tsp. salt
-
1 tsp. vanilla
-
1/4 cup cocoa powder
-
1/2 cup flour
Cream Cheese Swirl
-
1 brick cream cheese (250 grams), softened
-
1/4 cup white sugar
-
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place a sauce pot on low heat and add chopped baking chocolate and butter. Mix until completely melted. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes to cool.

In a bowl mix together sugars, and eggs.

Once cooled, combine the chocolate mixture in with the sugar and egg mixture.

Add salt and vanilla, and mix.

Combine cocoa powder and flour, and mix until fully combined.

Grease a pan with cooking spray and add two alternating layers of parchment paper. Pour batter evenly into the pan.

In a separate bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese, white sugar, and vanilla until fully combined.

Drop the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter and swirl the cream cheese mixture into the brownie batter.

Bake for 30 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the brownies comes out virtually clean.

Let cool for 30 to 40 minutes before cutting and serving.
