Yields: approximately 15 fudge balls
Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (approx. 14 ounces)
- 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup (approx) chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- Combine the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir continuously for approximately 10 minutes until the mixture thickens to a thicker consistency than syrup. While stirring, ensure that you are scraping the bottom of the pan, as you do not want any of the fudge to burn.
- When thick, transfer the fudge to a bowl and cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Once cooled, spoon a small amount of fudge, less than 1 tbsp. worth, and roll it in your hands to shape it into a ball. Roll the ball in the chocolate sprinkles until fully coated.
- Serve right away, or store fudge balls in an air-tight container for up to 3 days.
