Looking for a delicious and easy-to-make meal option? Try this savory quiche, filled with ham, cheese, red pepper and onion! This is a perfect meal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Ingredients
- Frozen pie crust (I use Tenderflake)
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 slices thick cut ham, diced
- 1/2 spanish onion, diced
- 1/2 red pepper, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- While the oven is preheating, place the frozen pie crust on a pan in the middle oven rack.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until fully mixed.
- Add in the shredded cheese, diced ham, onion, and red pepper.
- Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
- When the oven in pre-heated, remove the pie shell and let cool for 2 minutes. If the pie crust is puffing up, lightly poke the pie crust to release the heat bubbles.
- Once the crust is cooled, pour in the egg mixure and return the quiche to the oven.
- Bake for approximately 45 to 15 minutes, or until the top of the quiche is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
