Looking for a delicious and easy-to-make meal option? Try this savory quiche, filled with ham, cheese, red pepper and onion! This is a perfect meal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Ingredients

  • Frozen pie crust (I use Tenderflake)
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 slices thick cut ham, diced
  • 1/2 spanish onion, diced
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. While the oven is preheating, place the frozen pie crust on a pan in the middle oven rack.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until fully mixed.
  4. Add in the shredded cheese, diced ham, onion, and red pepper.
  5. Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
  6. When the oven in pre-heated, remove the pie shell and let cool for 2 minutes.  If the pie crust is puffing up, lightly poke the pie crust to release the heat bubbles.
  7. Once the crust is cooled, pour in the egg mixure and return the quiche to the oven.
  8. Bake for approximately 45 to 15 minutes, or until the top of the quiche is golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
