What could be better than mixing brownie, cheesecake, and caramel? Thsi recipe is a must-try!


Ingredients
Brownie Layer
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder, sifted
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Cheesecake Layer
- 750 grams full fat cream cheese (3 regular-sized bricks), softened at room temperature
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- Caramel sauce for topping
Instructions
Making the Brownie Layer
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Mix together the melted butter, sugar and cocoa powder until fully combined.
- Add in the vanilla and eggs and mix.
- Fold in the flour until fully incorporated.
- Spread the brownie batter into a greased cheesecake dish or springfoam pan, and bake for approximately 18 minutes, or until the top is set but the center is still giggly.
- Remove from oven and let cool while preparing the next layer.
Making the Cheesecake Layer

Combine the softened cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla in a new bowl.

Mix in the eggs, one at a time until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake batter overtop of the brownie layer once partially cooled and bake for apporximately another 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cheesecake layer comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool for an hour. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve, then add caramel drizzle on top of cut cheesecake pieces.
