These dense and chewy blondies are super easy to make and ridiculously tasty!


Ingredients

1 cup butter, melted

2 cups dark brown sugar, packed

2 eggs

2 tsp. vanilla
-
1/2 tsp. baking powder
-
1/4 tsp. salt
-
1 tbsp. cornstarch
-
2 cups flour
-
1 cup white chocolate chips
-
3/4 cup Skor toffee pieces
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix together melted butter and brown sugar.

Combine eggs one at a time and vanilla, mixing until just incorporated. Tip: If bubbles are forming, you are overmixing!

Mix in baking powder, salt, cornstarch, and flour (one cup at a time).

Fold in white chocolate chips and Skor pieces.

Spray brownie pan with cooking spray and press parchment paper into the bottom of the pan. Pour in dough and press flat with spatula.

Bake for 30-45 minutes, depending on size of pan. Let cool for 20 minutes before cutting into squares.
